Biography

I am an evolutionary biologist focused on problems in molecular ecology and biodiversity science. My research program primarily uses genome-wide SNPs, species distribution modeling, and biogeography information to infer the evolutionary relationships of species and populations and to understand how historical/ecological processes have shaped the distributions of biodiversity in space and time. I am working with different species models to explore phylogeography and adaptation using new tools in genomic populations and bioinformatics.
